Return Window:

Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.

Condition for Return:

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund.
If the item is used or damaged, we reserve the right to offer a partial refund or deny the return.

Process:

Customers must contact Jili Bottle customer service (via email or website form) to initiate a return.
They will receive a return authorization number (RA#) and return instructions.

Who Pays Return Shipping:

If the return is due to defect, damage during shipping, or a Jili Bottle error, we will cover the return shipping.
If the customer simply changes their mind (buyer’s remorse), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds:

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.
Refunds typically appear within 5–7 business days after processing.
